Ethereum jumps 20 percent in a week to aim at breaking out to $4,000 as ETF inflows soar to a new high of $7.49B with on-chain volume soaring 280 percent.
Ethereum has provided one of the most remarkable shows of 2025, as it has gained more than 20 percent in the last seven days, which further solidifies the belief of ETH bulls, who are aiming to cross the $4,000 mark as the next major psychological resistance to break.
The stock is now trading at 3,505, having added over 120 billion to its market capitalization in recent times, most of these capital inflows coming out of U.S. spot Ether ETFs, which experienced more than 2.18 billion inflows per week, bringing the total inflows to a record-breaking 7.49 billion.
Ethereum On-Chain Volume Jumps 280% Indicating Demand of ETH
In addition to ETF flows, retail and long-term Ethereum whales have also remained very active.
According to analytics, the on-chain volume of Ethereum has increased by more than 280 percent in the last 12 days, pushing the daily usage of the cryptocurrency to about 5 billion.

Similarly, Ethereum DeFi TVL has surpassed 80 billion dollars, which is ten times larger than its rival, Solana, and the stablecoin market capitalization has hit a new high of 130 billion dollars.
As the United States advances the GENIUS stablecoin bill, numerous analysts are of the view that Ethereum is poised to gain a lot, considering that the majority of the infrastructure that facilitates the functionality of stablecoins is built on its platform.
The market dominance of Ethereum has taken an upward trend only.
During more than three years, ETH was subjected to price suppression even though the network was significantly upgraded.
But prices are finally starting to play catch up, with popular crypto investor TedPillows predicting a target of $4,000 in the near term.
Ethereum 3+ Year Suppression Levels Target $4,000 Breakout
Technically, the Ethereum (ETH/USD) daily chart shows a clear bullish breakout as the price rises above a key resistance level between the $3,250 and the $3,500 mark.
The force seems to be violent, with a clear break of structure (BOS) and a clear bounce on the support level of 2500 that was used as a consolidation base before.
The chart marks the strong high objective of $4,105 which is related to a past major resistance area.

However, the RSI level of 84.38 shows excessive overbought levels and this could mean that the market could pull back or consolidate in the short term and then resume the trend.
In case Ethereum sustains prices above the existing resistance-turned-support, the bullish trend will probably continue to the $4,100 target.
The inability to maintain this breakout may trigger a retracement to the range of $2,950-$3,250, where the buy-side liquidity may rekindle the bullish trend.
Best Wallet Secures $14M As 250K Users Take ETH’s DeFi Ride
The success of Ethereum has traditionally been a trigger of DeFi tokens and altcoin rallies in general.
With ETH gearing up to make new highs, Ethereum-based crypto wallet Best Wallet has once again come into the spotlight of investors.

Best Wallet was released at the end of 2024 and already has over 250,000 active users and an actively growing DeFi ecosystem, backed by its native utility and governance token, $BEST.
Having already raised more than 14 million dollars in presale, and several major platform functions being rolled out, many investors consider it one of the most promising projects before the mass adoption.
The current price of the $BEST token is 0.025355, and the supply of the token is limited in this round to 4.5 percent, which guarantees scarcity.
Those interested may go to the presale site to buy some of the supply available before it runs out.
The owners of the $BEST tokens also receive increased staking APYs and voting rights on future upgrades and changes to the protocol in the wallet ecosystem.
